states_test.cpp does not compile

A clean clone of the master branch does not build because: ~/vectioneer/motorcortex-cpp-kompano-control/test/robot_control/states_test.cpp:28:42: error: no matching function for call to ‘mcx_robot_control::RobotCommand::idle(const double&) const’ auto idle_done = robot.idle(timeout_sec).get();

quickfix: remove from CMakeLists

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
